    You can now become a Life Member (General/Gex) of the Unit by following four simple steps-


    Step 1) Download the Registration Form by clicking here - Registration Form
    Step 2) Select on the Type of Membership - General or Gex. General members are those whose age at the time of application is > 35 while Gex members are those who age at the time of application is < 35.
    Step 3) Fill it in block letters. Attach your latest professional passport size photograph.Transfer the registration fees to the bank details mentioned in the registration form.
    Step 4) Scan the filled registration form and email it to dbaborivali@gmail.com along with the payment details.
